Graffiti Tag 'pistol' on wall near University of Cincinnati

 Alright guys here is a piece of graffiti maybe done with a marker. 

And I talked too a few artist who have messaged me. And I ran this photo by them to see if they could tell me anything about it. 

   The consensus is that this may be a inexperienced or beginner piece. 

   It lacks alot of definition or true graffiti style. 

 The other side of the coin I'm told is that it could be a intentional deal where the artist does not want to add alot of flare to the tag itself. 

    Interesting tag I thought between some ivy growing on the back of a building. Near the campus of the university of Cincinnati.  

Unique to this particular tag is a squiggle line and period after the word itself. The 'IST' letters all touch and the other letters all have nice separation. Black FELT TIP PEN IS MY GUESS ON THE PAINT USED.
