graffiti on gas pump in Florence, Kentucky

  This is a graffiti tag that I spotted in Northern Kentucky on a spacer between two gas pumps. 

I wonder how the artist did it? 

My guess is either he did this over time, or he or she came in at night and sat down with their back against the pump with low profile and did it. 

I find it tough to believe they would do this at this busy gas station during the day with cameras everywhere.  

Im beginning to notice. That a big part of graffiti is location. The bolder and more advanced a location is to pull off. The more respect is given to the tag. (Art)

   This seems to have been done with marker.... there are two of the same tags there. One is green and it is under the black tag that sits on top..... 

I wonder if this is another statement from the artist. Like... " Ha ha, I've done this twice"......

Or is this just how the artist does his or her tag.
