Train car stopped over 275 west bridge with blue graffiti tag

 

I was driving on 275 west near Cincinnati on the Kentucky side of the Tri-state and as I was going under a train overpass this railcar with graffiti was stopped on the overpass. 

The artist work was on display for every car on 275 headed west. 

I believe this to be a csx train car but I could be wrong.. the train was at a stop so It could have been heading north into Cincinnati yard or south further into Kentucky.
